Asha Hartford is a chapter of Asha for Education in the Central Connecticut Area.

Asha - Hartford started as a satellite chapter of Asha - Yale, and became a full chapter in 2009. Asha - Hartford volunteers maintain a close personal involvement with the organizations and projects that are funded. The group has grown rapidly and has close to one hundred patrons and a core working group of about fifteen volunteers.

The core group works in the form of focus groups - projects, fundraising and publicity.

Asha - UConn chapter, a satellite to Asha-Hartford was formed in 2009 at the University of Connecticut - Storrs Campus Asha for Education is a non-profit voluntary organization. The group only supports apolitical and secular organizations and projects.
